This page explains how to request deletion of your Sloth account and the personal data linked to it. Sloth is operated by Luca Gudermann, Berlin, Germany. Sign-in is optional — only request account deletion if you created an account via Google, Apple, or email.

How to request account deletion

  1. Send an email from the address linked to your Sloth account to lucamgudermann@gmail.com with the subject line “Sloth account deletion request”.
  2. In the email, include the sign-in method you used (Google, Apple, or email/password) and, if possible, the email address associated with your account.
  3. We will verify your request and delete your Firebase Authentication account within 30 days. We may contact you once if we need to confirm your identity.
  4. After deletion, sign out in the app (if still signed in) and uninstall the app if you no longer wish to use Sloth.

Data stored only on your device

Most Sloth data (alarms, wake-up missions, local statistics) never leaves your device and is not part of your cloud account. See our data deletion page for how to remove it without deleting your account.
